In-game time: 1st noticed around 10:00 pm yesterday. Area and coordinates: Eastern Thanalan, X:11 Y:21
Steps:
1. I talk to Eaduuard, who gives me an object in my inventory to show to Marques
2. I try to talk to Marques, nothing happens with quest finish icon staying red
3.I restarted my ps3 with nothing changing
