Duty finder, Party in progress bug

Yes im calling this a bug because its a option to do one thing but it doesn't do it properly as it is meant to.

If i understand this right when you want to join a party that's in progress you tick this box before ticking what every DF instance you want to join into.

So why is it after awhile of not being put into a party in progress group do these people get moved to start a new party, ultimately withdrawing causing, which causes trolling, grieving and unplayability for people who do not want to be lazy and play from the start.

This bug where it moves someone looking for a party in progress to form a new party would be game breaking if there wasn't so many people trying not to be lazy and start from the start.

This also annoys the crap out of the lazy people looking for a easy win. As they will have withdraw and do it again.

Please fix this bug so the rest of us non lazy people can get back to playing the game properly. Thank you

That checked box is not there to "Guarantee" you a in progress run...it is just there so you can get into any type...come on.

It's not technically a bug, but I do agree that there should be a difference between "only join a party in progress" and "join a party in progress OR new party." People would get what they want, and no one would be upset.
