What item is this?

I just saw the post on facebook about the winners of the Starlight Celebration Screenshot Contest and saw a bunch of people wearing this kind of coat (linking the picture below) and I just was like "OMG that is a sexy coat!" ...but how do I get one?

Please dont say its an event iv missed or something like that...

There is also a highlander set which is sort of like the glacial coat but shorter and has 4 pieces instead of two.

While that one's crafting level is lower, the materials are, strangely enough, harder to come by.

I can make one (LWK) Need Blue Fox Fur for rare ingredient...hard to get...not sure how much they are selling for.

Only reason it's hard to get is that everyone does the boarskin/peisteskin maps, and very rarely the others, hence why the mats are rare.

On my server, they are going for about 60K a PIECE.
