Looking for a player: name is "Cao Cao" (Important)

Hello, I am looking for a player called "Cao Cao" on the Hyperion server. There was a glitch within our FC last Saturday and he seems to be involved. No harm done, but during rank updates we hit a lag spike and accidentally gave him guild leader. He has currently to this day [Jan, 17, 2014] been MIA for 21 days.

The GM's will not do anything as they can't for some reason. Technical support giving no response.

If anyone knows him can you please ask him to log-on to give back leadership.

Also as a recommendation to other FC's... until the developers fix this UI situation from occurring I highly recommend making an ALT character, making that alt character the guild leader, then creating a rank that has all privileges, and then use that to run your FC. This can happen to you if you are as unlucky as I to get a lag spike during rank editing.

I will repeat: The GMs are not able to do anything, nor is customer support at this point in time. Maybe in 2.2 but not now.
