Will the Blue Onion Helm be released in A Realm Reborn ever?

With the Onion Armor being available from Crystal Tower I was interested in seeing where the Blue Onion Helm came from to be able to have a proper "Onion Knight" vanity set, as if it would possibly come from a future(past) event.

Unfortunately when I looked into it I found it was only available to those who preordered the collector's edition of the original game. Clearly I can't do that now to try and get it.

When they showed the Onion Armor in a Live Letter the concept art used the Onion Helm with the new Onion Armor:

The Warrior of Light Helm is available to everyone (through upgrade) to go with the Warrior of Light Armor. It sucks that this can't be done with the Onion Armor and can only be seen on a Legacy server, by a select few to begin with.

Any chance it'll be available again? Maybe PS4 preorder / upgrade?
