Quest: the rematch

this quest is bugged and you cant pick up the phial of Rhalgr's Bile
despite sending in several ingame bug reports nothing appears to have been done about this.
this is the second bug in a major quest stream that ive come across
todate none of which have been sorted out.

where are the Games Masters
and if you have none, get some!!
it high time with the the fact that this game is now a pay by month game and the in game support sucks as it stands.
you need good Games Master to be online supporting the game live
Where the hell are they?
it obvious your support team at present are woefully under powered and don't seem to be able to support the game!

very bad move and one that will lose you players!!
