Issue with veteran rewards

I am not sure if this is the place for this, I have not received any support or resolution from customer support over an issue with one of the veteran rewards. This was actually my mistake. I received the 60 day rank 2 rewards. The cascadier uniform reward I received was accidently traded for a male version for my character Elysia Firefly on Exodus. I had no option to return it and choose the correct version. When I first contacted support they said it was escalated and would take time to be responded to, due to many tickets over this issue. It has been more then 2 months since then and I have received no response at all. I submitted another ticket for this issue but only received an auto response and nothing since. I would like this resolved. :(

It just an ugly swimming suit anyway, they will not send out the item again due your mistake, bonus rewards are only distribute once to every character or new created. Except the fantasia, which some people lost it due to bugs can be receive 1 of it again by contact GMs (but I didn't lost mine so, I have no idea how they works to give back)
so just get over with and put on the bombard swimming suit is much more fashion

Actually you are wrong and it is too bad you have such a negative response. Support contacted me and is going to resolve this for me. And it isn't an ugly swim suit.

Wow, such a wonderful response from someone so ill-informed.
To my knowledge any item can be restored but it would use up your item restoration.
Keep your opinions to yourself buddy, no-one wants to hear them.

As back on topic, I'm semi in the same boat except I've not even received my 3 month vet items and I'm heading on to month 4 in a couple days. Glad to hear you got your issue resolved Lainmyst!

There is no month 4 reward, the vet rewards so far are for 1,2,3,6 and 9 months, rank 4 reward being 6 months, maybe that's why you haven't received it?
