Issue with veteran rewards
I am not sure if this is the place for this, I have not received any support or resolution from customer support over an issue with one of the veteran rewards. This was actually my mistake. I received the 60 day rank 2 rewards. The cascadier uniform reward I received was accidently traded for a male version for my character Elysia Firefly on Exodus. I had no option to return it and choose the correct version. When I first contacted support they said it was escalated and would take time to be responded to, due to many tickets over this issue. It has been more then 2 months since then and I have received no response at all. I submitted another ticket for this issue but only received an auto response and nothing since. I would like this resolved. :(
