Point Reassign?

I did some searching, but couldn't really find any solid info so here it goes. Can someone break down the Reassinging process? How much do you get back to allocate, how many times can you do it, what kind of timer is it on, etc? I realized that I messed up on a few stats and want to play eraser. Any help would be appreciated. :)

I think you can reassign them every 30 minutes but it depends on how high your physical level is regarding how much points you get back. I just reassigned on lvl 50 phys and got like 80 or so attribute and 160 elemental points to reassign. Something along those lines. You can do it as many times as you wish but I'm pretty sure its a 30 min timer.

No problem, BTW: pretty soon they are taking away phys level so you won't need to assign/reassign. Although they still might have us assign elemental points.

Yeah, I know that but...I wanna play with it whilst I can. To be ho nest. I kinda want stats to be assigned automatically, as it defines the class a bit more in my opinion. :)

That's exactly why they are changing it.

Personally, I've always liked the idea of me being able to put my points where I want them. It gives the classes a more 'customizable' feel to them. I love how the classes currently work. It lets you design your own classes in a sense. That's where FFXI lacked, in my opinion. Every Paladin had to sub Warrior, because the game simply forced you to. I like how I can be whatever I want with whatever skills I want.

Don't get me wrong...they definately need to make some changes here and there...but as far as the physical level is concerned, I like it.

But I also trust S-E to make the right call. I just hope the game doesn't switch to a "lolFFXI'You-have-to-sub-this-or-you-suck!'" kind of feel again... =)

So im hoping they listened to their playerbase and atleast meet them halfway. Exactly how the devs have decided to go with this vote would be pure speculation unless someone has read something i havent?

I would love to see point allotment per class so you can customize the individual classes. That would be the best thing ever when it comes to character development. Of course, though, each classes attributes should have a base dependent on the level, and have bonus points for an extra boost to certain stats that you want or think your play style lacks.
