Crystal tower looting system

For the second time, I have received loot from crystal tower that I did not want due to my ps3 load times for the cutscenes being too slow for me to vote before people exit the instance. The first time I received something which I could use for a class once I've leveled it up, but this time received an inferior item for a class that I have which is well geared. This has to be addressed, I spent 6 hours trying to get ANY healer drop and only seeing one which I lost a roll too and ended up with something I didn't want, through no fault of my own.

I feel that this should be fixed as soon as possible since we are only allowed 1 loot drop per week, which I am fine with as long as I can actually choose the loot. Would love if there was a way for me to trade in any unwanted drops for another go and getting the drop I wanted as an alternative without having to revamp the loot system.
I hope to hear some news of any changed being made soon, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue.
