Shoulder Tackle used with zero recast
This bug with Shoulder Tackle happens quite frequently for me. I will use the ability which moves me to my target instantly, but if I move my character during the animation sometimes the other effects of Shoulder Tackle do not take place (damage and stun) and the ability does not go on cooldown. During the course of a single dungeon run, this happens to me at least a handful of times. I suspect it happens if the movement of either myself or the mob after the travel effect takes place causes you to be out of normal melee range which interrupts the damage/stun aspect of the ability.

1. Start either in or out of combat.
2. Be between 10 and 20 yalms from your target. (i.e. in Shoulder Tackle's usable range)
3. Use shoulder tackle to move to target's location.
4. Move your character as you perform the travel animation.
4a. Alternately, the mob moves as the travel animation happens.
5. Sometimes this results in the travel effect of Shoulder Tackle happening as normal (i.e. you appear at your target's location) but the target takes no damage, the stun does not happen, and the ability does not go on cooldown.
