Dev Tracker Attention & Suggestions

Greetings SE,

I've noticed that your Dev Tracker tags seem to only be related to changes in Yoshi-P's table of announced changes. While I'm sure it's helpful for you guys to receive feedback on these subjects, we need a few additions to this system.

We need broader Tracker topics for suggestions not yet announced by Yoshi-P.

For example:

[devXXXX] Suggestions for Market Wards
[devYYYY] Suggestions for In-Game Travel

OR, make sub-forums for In-Game Suggestions not related to the current list of tasks by Yoshi-P.
