Guide me to item restoration?

When I first started playing FFXIV Ofcourse levelling took longer and grinding took longer and getting Tomes took forever, However now with all the updates, Daily Roulette's, CT etc etc. Its now much quicker and easier so maxxing out characters is much easier, However when I first started I chose to be Roegadyn and PLD because the character looked the part for the role and with working etc, I never thought i'd have the time to do any other class or jobs an now I do I feel Roegadyn's look foolish as any class other than a PLD so im aware that Potions of Fantasia will eventually become more obtainable however I feel im not too fussed about my item restoration so I want to use it now for a Fantasia however I cant find out how to request it? Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Restoration is only for items that you've lost erroneously. Unless you've completely omitted something, it doesn't sound like you lost your first Fantasia...?
