Unable to complete the quest "Maniac Manor"

Time: Began around 12:00pm EST, January 13th, 2014, has continued to persist

Area and coordinates: The doors of Haukke Manor

Steps:
1. Accept the quest "Manic Manor" from Lauriane in Mor Dhona
2. Follow through each step of the quest until you are told to go to Haukke Manor
3. Upon arriving at Haukke Manor, try to interact with the "Manor Foregate."
4. Instead of an action bar appearing, your hotbars will go dark for a second, then light back up. You will not have interacted with the "Manor Foregate", but can still attempt to interact with it again. The result, however, will remain the same no matter how many times you attempt to interact with it.
5. You will be unable to complete the quest and gain access to Haukke Manor (Hard Mode).
