I usually keep the forum top page open in my browser and refresh periodically to see if there's anything new on the dev tracker. I have noticed that timestamps for existing posts change, though. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but it seems like the more time that passes, the farther in the past it says the post was. Example: at 10:00, it says a post was made at 9:00. At 11:00, it says the same post was instead made at 8:00.
