Gladiator Guild Receptionist:bugged

I thought I was dreaming or lagging at first, but nope I am not. Lulutsu is bugged and will not give the quest for the paladin job stone. No matter how much you click on her you will not receive the quest or even get the quest menu. Yet, she clearly has the quest for you marked with the exclamation mark.

There are several people beside me talking about it being bugged as well.
