Personal housing price specuation

How much do you think it will cost to buy a personal house when they come out? If I had to guess something around 10m or so? What do you guys think?

Everyone will think it's going to be less than FC housing then it turns out to be 100 billion gil.

I'm only concerned at how small they will be, they seem to think a small FC house that's no larger than our inn room is enough for multiple human beings. I'd hate to imagine what they think a single person could manage with.

If SE insists on using averages instead of medians, expect many millions of gil.

10 million @50% on a small house. might be more.

if they cant support FC's because the areas might fill up how are they going to suppot each person.

The free company small houses aren't much more than that, so I would hope a personal house would be significantly less than 10 million.

I hope we all get our own free house as part of the game. That's how XI did it, and that's how I want to do it.

I don't imagine personal housing to be all that expensive. Because it's supposed to be something for everyone.

What I don't understand is if they can't host enough housing to meet FC demand (hence the pricing) then how will they be able to accommodate personal housing? Will it work differently to how FC housing is implemented?
