How to unlock crystal tower?

all people ive asked saying i should go to mor dhona but i aint got a quest there , can anyone plz help how to find crystal tower? im stuck and cant find it , thx

there should be an old guy near the atheryte crystal in Revenant's toll that send you on a quest to the Saint Coinach's Find

i dont see any old guy there for some reason, thats what the others been saying too , i guess im doing something wrong

First, did you finish your main story line, beating Praetorium? If you haven't then you'll need to do that. There may be other quests you need to do before.

hey i finally figured it out , ive picked up the quest weeks ago but forgot about it also didnt know its a related to CT , i picked it up before i was even looking for CT , thats why i was running in circles trying to find it , thx for the replies guys :D
