Player NPC Companions

Like to see NPC Companions come back that can be used in open world.

Options to equip them weapons from the market and level them up. After mastering them you could earn there special ability for your own class. Each NPC is its own Class.
Nothing major something like 5 hours of leveling to max out a NPC level toget there skill.

We HAVE companions. While I fully support your idea and loved that in XI I truly feel like companions are a skeleton of what they could be. I hope they flesh out the companions as they are to be more useful than an annoyance before they move on to similar features.

Well was gonna say you could equip armor from the wards but the NPCs would be too different without there gear on them.
Not asking for huge grindfest or endgame companion. Thats what Chocobo is for. Still would like to see the chocobo earn the npc actions aswell.

Screw the chocobo companion, I would rather level my couerl or behemoth. Make it happen SE!
