I have completed many dungeons and quests that have awarded allaghan tomestones of mythology but have not received any! I have over 900 stones of philosophy and a lot of times the stones of mythology are awarded at the same time yet in the currency tab of the character screen I still have zero.
Did you finish the quest started in Vesper Bay to talk to Rowena? Not sure if that matters though.
