Feedbacl GM Bublex

I had an issue with server disconnect causeing me and a fellow FC mate to both loose our drops after 6 days of failed GM responses. Gm bublex took care of me Sunday!! Absoloutely outstanding GM one of the best i have dealt with any MMO if not they best!! That guy had to put in overtime that day also because he messaged me off and on for well over 10 hours while he worked to restore my drop!!

But, sorry for that, I have a BUT:
Did you really "stress" several days the GM services to get an item. Was that item an one time drop? Or could it have been gotten next day/week also just by playing the game? I mean, s**t happens so move on...
