After creating the required items and being asked to Kneel before Sosobati to apologize, you are unable to speak to Sosobait nor will the /Kneel emote trigger the progression of the quest story line.
I have abandoned the quest and have re-tried it many times but this glitch is still there.

Thank you for your report, I have made sure to submit all of your information to our support team. We may or may not receive a response but you can check back at a later time to see if the quest npc has been fixed.
