Dailies allowances not reset

Hello,

I found a bug in the daily allowances reset. I was sitting in the Amalj'aa camp at 9:45 EST time (15 minutes until reset) when my DF roulette queue popped. After coming out of the roulette after the reset time, my allowances still is at 0 and I'm unable to accept any new dailies. I tried relogging and waiting longer to no avail. I asked in shout and no one else on my world had a problem with reset.

For now, I'll make sure to not be in a dungeon during the reset but this shouldnt happen :(
