Getting stuck on nothing

Hey guys me and my wife both play on FF14 and we both seem to have this issue but no one else. We can be running on foot or mounted anywhere and we will randomly get stuck. We seem to be running in place essentially or we hit an invisible wall. Sometimes we can turn around and go around the sticky spot but sometimes we will get stuck and run in 360 degrees and won't be able to escape it for up to 10 seconds. It is super annoying and frustrating. Has anybody else had this issue and gotten it fixed?
