New Loot System
Not being able to trade gear after a miss looting of an item occurs. Make it so that you have a small window in order to trade the item to someone if the loot was given to the wrong person or someone accidentally left the dungeon/raid or went to the next turn in the raid. Allowing also for loot to be obtained if everyone passes and have it stay in the chest, to make it easier to distribute loot if the first suggestion isn't implemented. Making it possible for everyone to pass and the appropriate person to enter the chest and take the item rather than it disappearing after everyone passes.
Please post if you agree with what I have said so I know other's would like this implemented as well and it's not just me.

Sounds like it would greatly promote blatant "You rolled the highest on item X, but we as a partial FC group feel player Y has more use for it so hand it over or get kicked". I wouldnt exactly be jumping for joy over this. Seems easily exploited and or abused.

The thing with that is that if you don't have the loot rules set up previously in a pug group and people just roll to roll, someone who doesnt need the item but wants to take it from a pug assuming the group is partial FC than they can do that regardless. If someone feels the need to kick someone because they feel their FC member deserves it over the person who won the roll than I would leave out of principle. That just seems like poor judgement in wanting to keep running with said group. You could always try and pick up another group from the turn you left off on. Albeit that is harder to do as people want a fresh run, most of the time it is definitely doable on a populated server as many people get to turn 2 or 4 and get stuck at a wall. So certain people may have the capability to run that turn but others in that group they first ran it with may not and they would then leave after wiping a bunch and try to form a new, hopefully better, group for said turn.

Looting system is fine as is, only issue is the CT left overs.

I think it's funny how people think the loot system is fine but leaves no room for error as far as distributing loot. Mistakes happen and there should be a safeguard to help fix those mistakes. I'm not asking for anything spectacular. Just a way to transfer gear if miss looted or so that the gear doesn't automatically disappear when everyone passes which is just silly.

Items shouldn't get lost! Simple as that. If you can't say need, you should always be able to say greed!

Completely agree. Our tank didn't know that zoning between turns in Coil constituted a zone-out. He was under the impression it was still considered the same general dungeon area (we all were). Tank pants and earrings dropped on ADS and he zoned into the general region to enter T3 and they defaulted to the BLM. Obviously he'll be very careful to not do it again, but we're all human, we all make mistakes. SE CS will do nothing about these kinds of mistakes, so they really ought to implement some measure to prevent them.
Similarly, this week AND last i have X'd out of CT loot windows and accidentally won the item. I've tried very hard to not make that mistake, but it's hard to overwrite 10 years of playing MMOs and X'ing out of loot windows without consequence. If you ignore an item roll until the roll times out, it should constitute a pass (just like every other MMO). This wouldn't be so vexing, obviously, were it not for the one item/week max.

Fix the damn loot system.. The system should not only function in the dungeon, but follow the player around.. So people don't loose their loot because they didn't know or was in a hurry.. I thought Coil was 1 dungeon, and lost an item last night! It's stupid that players who can need or greed, losses that item.. Item's shouldnt get lost! So fix it!!
