lv40WAR Quest "Curious Gorge Goes to Wineport"

The WAR class quest at lv40 "Curious Gorge Goes to Wineport" is broken. Once you kill the waves of mobs the NPC "Wineport Militia Captain", you have to report to, won't speak with you.

The quest has been bugged for at least a day.

World: Ragnarok
Character: Iria Raenai lv41 Hyur WAR
Area: Eastern La Noscea - Wineport
Both party and solo.
NPC Name: Wineport Militia Captain
