Help me.... Invisible character...?

I got told by another player that I'm invisible? I hadn't noticed anything until they said something. They could see my gear and stuff once they examine me and (obviously) could still select me and cure me.
I ran past some hostile enemies as a test and none of them attacked me. I can still attack and take damage.
I don't use cheats, at least none that I know of... I have downloaded a couple of programs that were supposed to help with lag (which they didn't) but that was awhile ago now.

I noticed an invisible person a few days ago, on my server. Kept seeing the level 1 stuff outside of Gridania getting claimed and being killed, but no one was visible. Weird. Now I'm wondering if I was invisible when I ran by the boars in Urth's Gift and they didn't aggro..

I really hope it's just a bug. Hasn't happened before that I know about...

Okay, I entered a FATE zone that was below my level. Enemies that weren't related to the FATE still didn't see me until I synced my level?
