accidentally gave my free company to an inactive member

My husband was promoting and demoting members of our FC and he accidentally gave rights of the FC to a member who has been inactive for over 32 days is there anyway we can get the rights back to the FC? I saw in an earlier thread that after patch 2.1 came out that there was going to be away to fix things like this if the Master has gone inactive, has it been done yet and if so how do we fix it? We're rank 7 and been saving up to buy a house so restart would really hurt us along with our members so Any help would be great thanks

I'm not sure how you can mistake promoting/demoting for changing leadership, there is a confirmation as far as I'm aware.

If you talk to a Gm they may be able to help you with this.

Isn't there like a super special prompt that appears so you don't make this mistake? Best to email a GM see if they're willing to help. In my previous experience in games it's usually a strict no.

I have no idea I think its one of those things u don't catch that that u hit the wrong button till after u ok'd it I've done stupid things like that before but on a previous thread they said something about putting in a thing if the Master is inactive for to long that it could be given to another I was kinda hoping that they had added that feature they said it would be after the patch was released so...as far as a GM I put in a message but still waiting on a reply

Things like this tend to happen when people don't read and click OK assuming they know what they are doing.

Hopefully a GM will give you a hand with this.

In our FC, our 2nd in command also has promote/demote privileges and can do so for any rank (including above himself.) If you have such a position or if anyone else has promote/demote privileges, they may be able to fix the issue for you.

I can promote and demote anyone but the free company master himself trust me we already tried that : / wish there was a reverse button like u have for selling ur items u have so long to undo it that would be a nice thing to add....just a thought like in another game there was and incident where someone accidentally kicked a member out the guild these things happen : (
