EU servers hosted in Canada?

Hi,
I recently bought the game one week ago.Yes I loved it very much but this latency issue is pretty frustrating.Whenever I hit random mob,it's register like 0.5-1 second later.Also I'm having a really hard time avoiding AoEs, I'm clearly outside of the area yet I still get hit.Hosting servers from Canada? Firstly I thought it was a big joke but whatever....

As you can see my MS about 220-210,not sure which one is true but both are high anyway.

It's not a joke. The NA/EU servers are physically located in Montreal. Sorry I can't be more helpful but that's a pretty long trip from Ankara.
