/wait <recast> command?

I would love if it was possible to add a recast timer command for macros. Like i play DRG quite a bit and put 2 of my combos in a macro so i dont have to use up way more of the crosshotbar.

Would it be possible to program in a timer macro that adjusted to your recast timer?

so like if my skillspeed makes it so my skill is a 2.42 seconds, "recast" would do it at that time and possibly adjust if i got a skillspeed boost from other classes skills or food..ect.

That or just make it so i can make my /wait use the actual 2.42 or w/e.
