Ok so you already stated that switching from shield to sword linearly the enimity bonus transfers but what of the Dmg reduction??? Had a PLD in Ultima HM saying he was using the exploit but was tanking in sword oath the full time. I watched his hps but looked like there was his hits were the same as me staying in shield oath. Anyone else notice this????
In my observation, the reverse does not appear to be true. I've tried tanking a few things in Turn 4 after switching from Shield Oath to Sword Oath and have needed so much upfront healing that I've lost enmity on secondary targets a couple times.
Knowingly using a bug to get an advantage is called exploiting and is bannable in just about every game I've ever played. Be careful with this.
I never said I was using it did I? There is obviously other ppl who do and will force them into the oath bc they will start losing hate due to more Dmg being done with an enmity mod on it.
its not enough of an advantage to warrant banning i think. Probably just will get hotfixxed and forgotten.
