Alt Keybinds

Recently I tried to streamline my keybinds for hotbars to reduce the distance of keys I was reaching for for certain actions and ended up using some Alt + keybinds--however, as a bard there's often times i want to perform actions while running and Alt stops you from moving whereas Ctrl DOES NOT. So I'm wondering if there's a way to toggle that feature to stop Alt from interrupting my movement?

Alt itself does not stop you from moving. It does if and only if you have the alt+movement-keys bound to something.
So avoid having any combination keys bound to WSAD and you'll be fine.

By the way, this problem was raised in beta and it was pretty much ignored. I don't think it'll ever be fixed.

unbind alt + s, alt + a etc. chat shortcuts. alt alone doesn't stop you.
