SCH Specific Items
Hi guys and gals,
I do coil with a MNK and a PLD at times, I want to level a SCH (45 currently) and DL/Relic him to do enrage mode so we have some flexibility if we are feeling lazy. I have a few questions to ask, if anyone is kind enough to help me out.
1. Fairy and Hot-Bar management
First, I use PS3, and love it. That being said, my hot bars are just a total hot mess right now from low level duty roulettes and such. My plan was/is to get rid of the auto-switch to the pet hot bar, and go with 1 healing hotbar, and DPS/Utility hotbar. Does it make sense to get rid of the pet bar et all and just slot in the pet abilities that I really need to use on the d-pad buttons on my healing bar? Or will I literally need all of my pet abilities available?
Concurrently, is it worth micro managing my Fairy? i.e. using the silence, SS buffs, etc via commands (if that is even possible), or are the returns on that negligible as opposed to just letting it operate autonomously for the most part in one of its stances?
2. Healing Titan HM
I'm going to be attempting Titan (obviously) - any big tips for that fight? I'm not dumb, obviously I need to Succor through tumults, before/after stomps, Adloquim the tank before MBs, Virus rot, EfE when I can, etc, but I don't know the class intimately, so are there any big items that I need to do while in there, or any healer-specific dodging tips or positioning tips?
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this, and thank you in advance for your candid responses!

I can't speak to the setup required on PS3, but as for Titan HM: Try to land Succor right as Tumults start, and cast again as needed. Your other healer (ideally a WHM) should be helping here. Provided Titan doesn't have Virus/Antibody on him, put it on before Mountain Buster. Time Eye for an Eye to be on the tank during or immediately after Landslide in Phase 5. Sacred Soil on the tank for Mountain Buster (you can try to do Adloquium instead, but you may find this more difficult to time accurately).

That got me through my Titan successfully. Try to form up with a WHM when you do it, as the SCH+WHM combo is great for this fight. SCH excels at preventing damage, just as WHM excels at repairing it, and it turns out to just be a relatively easy time healing.

well micro mannaging the pet its a priority, i use macros for that, also, if theres no smn or some one using virus i use /ac "Virus" <tt> that makes the virus rotation easier and i have another macros to cast Physick and embrace with one button to improve the healing, in fact i have embrace macroed on all my healing skills, soccor hace fey covenant macroed and i have 2 hot bars also, for healing and for dps also the hot bar with R2+L2 its very usefull that makes 24 slots for u to use

Save Sacred Soil to use during stomps (especially if you can remember the pattern). That's where most of the party damage comes from, and doing that will help the MP and enmity management of both healers. If the other healer is a WHM, their primary role is helping the party up (Cure III and Medica II are their bread and butter) while yours is preventing the damage from happening in the first place. As was said before, you'll also want to use Virus to reduce the damage of mountain buster (the heavy tank attack), and also Adloquioum the tank beforehand if possible.
