I just got my first Map from Botany and it says I need to decipher it. My Botanist is lvl 36. I do not have Decipher available in my General actions, or in my actions or traits for Botany. How do I get this ability? Thanks for the help

There's a quest that starts in Wineport to learn the Decipher/Dig commands.
