Whats the deal with the linkshell list order?

As many of you may or may not know, after every update the linkshell list is shuffled around to a specific order by some sort of unknown algorithm. What I want to know is, why the hell does the algorithm always place my name at the very bottom of every linkshell list after an update. Going into the topic even further, shouldn't the algorithm place the sacks and the linkshell leaders up at the top of the list so you don't have to sort through the entire linkshell list of 120+ people in some cases to see which linkshell leaders are on? If you don't fix this by 1.18 I am quitting the game forever.
