Camera Pan on PS3

Hi, I have a lalafell character on PS3 and I do not like the default camera settings when I zoom in to see my character. My character's head is so far down on the screen I had to move my hotbar to see it. I talked to people that play on PC and they said they can pan the camera down by right clicking but I tried that and it only rotates the camera around a point above my character's head.

I also have a character that is normal height and when I tried zooming in the camera went perfectly, with my head close to the top of the screen, making it easy to see the character. I want to be able to have it like that with my lalafell.

There's an option in the character setting menu to adjust default height of the "target" of the camera. If you put it to 0, the target of the camero should be in the "center" of your character.
