I present to you, the Red Mage.

I was going to post out all my work here.. but as this is my first time posting on the LodeStone.. i didn't realize it was so severely limited with what you can put.

With that in mind.. i shall paste the link to the reddit thread i started.

I think your over thinking it. I think if we do get rdm it with have the spells that have been removed from THM and Cnj and just be a
dps that uses elemental weapon skills that have heavy debuff as part of combos.

probably see the return of circle blade from GLA, since that was wind based and aoe.

levnibolt from Cnj

Frostbite from thm

Sacrifice from thm

whatever the light and dark attacks were on thm and the earth based ws mrd had.

Drain & Siphon from Thm will more then likley go to DRK

So...are you against having newer classes get more advanced with more decision paths? You could never other-think it when making classes or characters or anything. Are you content with 1-2-3 combos in every MMO?

I would have been happy with the 1.0 skill tree dumped into ARR. But with the way the game is designed his idea is way over thought and really doesn't fit.
I'm also totally convinced that will see a large amount of skills from 1.0 getting recycled into new classes as they are added. The only way this game gets more advanced is
by level cap increases. Anything that isn't in line with the current template of the game, short of coming out with a ton of 6, 12 , and 32 player content would require another rebuild that's not gonna happen. There is always room to grow, but you don't mess with the foundation.
