FFXIV Launcher Error ( A System Error Has occurred:- 2146697211 )

So i live in South Korea and just moved places and my previous isp had no issue connecting to FFXIV now that i have moved i'm getting this error while on Korea telecom and from what i can tell by searching reddit and other places as well as using my phones internet to try to open the launcher the only thing i can figure out is that the game is blocking my ip address from accessing the launcher.
is there anything i can do about this.

I am having the same issues In the US. Is there any fix? I just renewed my game subscriptions and its a bit annoying when I want to play again

I am also having the same issues in France and i'm not the only one.
We don't know what to do
