Organizations XIV <OXIV> Recruiting!

OXIV has been around since the beginning and is still going strong. We're seeking new recruits, whether you're new to the game or endgame. We're friendly to both casuals and hardcores and have members that are both.

We're a free company dedicated to having fun, tutoring others to increase their class capabilities if they'd like, gathering together static Bahamut's Coil groups, helping either casuals with game progress or the more hardcore players, and we use Skype/Mumble to get to know our members during raids and to coordinate easier with one another so we can all progress.

We do have a simple policy form, which outlines treasure distribution, company vault access, the responsibilities of each Free Company ranking and how to progress to higher ranks, and encourages members to speak up and not worry about retribution if they feel something is wrong or something should change. We can be serious gamers when we have to be, but that doesn't mean we are the elitist jerks that other free companies tend to promote and perpetuate.

It's a game and games are meant to have fun with. So join us and relax! :D
