So about the recent "temporary hotfix" for jumping..

Countermeasures have been taken for the following issues.

- An issue in the Wolves' Den wherein it is hard to target a character who is jumping.
*Because this is a temporary fix, there will only be a partial mitigation of the issue. Further addressing of this issue is planned in Patch 2.15, which should be implemented in late January.

Anyone notice if attacking jumping targets with this new hot fix has helped out ? I'm real curious as to how exactly they "fixed" it

Nope not at all... I still get them quite often even when they are barely in range the animation happens and cancels all the time... It's plenty frustrating.

It's like my warrior is using the Allagan Axe as a scythe cutting invisible grasses...

Talked to a monk in a PvP LS that I'm in. Says that it made a huge difference for him (played with him too and he pretty much was at the same damage I was or higher)

Yea, it helped a lot. Although it still happens *sometimes* but if you want it to be guaranteed just wait till the jump finish's and as they land do your abilities.

It's just a quick emergency fix to help things, so it's not perfect, but it does seem to be helping.

Any help is better than now help. Looking forward to testing it tonight.

Dont melees have fetter ward to deal with summoners or its just me hallucinating. The only thing that could possibly interrupt you would be a knockback, but the length given by the nearly full CCs immunity is more than enough to destroy a caster, isn't it ?

Monks and Lancers have Fetter ward which makes them immune to most CCs. But that doesn't mean they can go through 4k HP of their opponent no counting heal. A Paladin cover, Attunement, or 1-2 Energy Drain is more than enough to cover 1 Melee DPS rush. Though I'm interested to see my server's PvP Monk who is really good perform once he hits Rank 30. We (At the time I'm still a PvP70 MRD) roll over healers before they can even use attunement most of the time.
