Asclepius and dots

If Asclepius is affected by my dots and then gets the damage debuff do I have to recast dots or are they automatically affected?

I would assume with the snapshot way that dots are applied that you would have to recast. Same thing with DRG dots with our piercing resistance debuff.

Dragoon dot damage is not affected by the piercing resistance debuff, only the up front damage of the skill that applies the dot. Not to be that guy.
