Not sure exactly when changes took place, but I have noticed that I dont see Others' debuffs on an enemy anymore. Its neater that I can see my debuffs, but I prefer to see all other debuffs as well so i can monitor DoTs and when/when not to use certain skills.
Im on PS3, is there a way to turn these back on?

- Display only detrimental effects you inflict.
* With this setting enabled, detrimental effects not inflicted by you (or your pets, minions, and companions) will be hidden. This setting has no effect on the display of beneficial effects.
