Restarted to make sure it wasn't on my end. Crashed twice after that, doesn't get past the loading screen.

There was a system announcement last night about East Shroud being taken down to address problems with some quest advancements. It was supposed to be brief but I suppose there could still be problems.

It finally let me in about an hour after I posted it.

So, yeah. Probably some lingering issue.
