Coil Loot Decay

Thread Title:
In coil after winning loot the loot was unable to be looted and decayed in the chest. I did not recieve two pieces of gear that was won. This was a organized Free Company Raid.

Problem:
So after killing the first boss in Coil turn 1 Allagan Ring of Casting drops. I was 1 of 2 Caster dps' in the raid and everyone passed the loot so that i would recieve the item. The item did not loot to me and then i tryed zoning to the staging area but by then the loot was decayed in the chest and went to no one. I was the only person to roll on the gear in raid. Same thing happened in Coil Turn 4 for the Allagan Earrings of Casting. When raiding in CT you can roll need/greed/pass and take the shortcut and still be eligable for loot. Did yall intend for Coil to be the way it is. Also i would like to have these items recovered to my Character otherwise i lose a whole week of character progression. I have no used the item recovery option before and i have already submitted a ticket for this issue to the Game Master and he sent me here.

For coil turn 1, don't zone. Zone out to staging area and you will lose the loot.
Dunno how it is for turn 4.
CT is one big zone, so there it works fine to use the teleporter, but afaik coil is not one big zone.

Yea i know now but still out of two pieces of I90. Only reason i posted here is because GM told me too. Should be allowed to have loot distributed the same way everywhere you go not different programing rules or design flaws for each instance.
