Mob Skills / Spells
Has anyone noticed while running through areas or while fighting mobs that their spells are not the same as ours??
Lightning for us, low potency with DoT. Mobs, High Potency, DoT. Same for Aero. Water doesn't bind like it does for WHM.
Am I the only one confused by this??

Most of the mobs that use those elements are mages, so their versions of Thunder / Water / Aero are basically their auto-attack.
Besides, would you want to be fighting a Water Elemental and have to deal with being bound and pushed back every attack?

I guess I am still confused as to why they changed BLM so much from what it was in XI and other FF games.
They could give Elementals other skills to use. Like they did in XI. But they spell list is so limited, that they can't.
Makes the world seem less connected and fluid.
