I want to know exactly when I should be using which faerie and what the proper "etiquette" for using the Fey spells are. So far, I've been using Eos when I know there will be a lot of AoE damage going around and Selene otherwise. As for Fey Glow and Fey Light, I've heard DPS don't want to stack a lot of skill speed. Does it mess up their TP usage or rotations? Should I be using it at all? Same for Fey Glow and BLM. Do they appreciate the spell speed or does it hurt more than help?

I use selene when it's DPS race, or trash or even sometimes on T2 just for the fun of having Silence available until boss.
I asked and people don't seem to complain about the speed.
I use Selene if I see the DPS is a bit slow. It does make a noticeable difference.
In T1, I swapped Selene in after Cad split. We were finally able to down him before we got 5 stacks. (just using the burn method, people were dying trying to feed)
In Ultima HM, I had a team that was able to stay alive, but the DPS was lacking just a tiny bit. (got it down to like 5% twice before we all died) Used Selene for the first 50% on the third attempt then swapped in Eos for the crazy laser phases. We downed Ultima with 1min left to spare.
Use selene whenever your heals can manage.
I use Selene unless I know I need the Eos' regen and healing buffs. (And also because Selene is easier to use, since she's smart enough on Sic to be useful and I like being lazy sometimes. Eos pretty much has to be on Obey in order to make use of her potential.)
Seline if you can stay full time clerics stance keeping her sic.
Seline if your group struggles in dps races, keeping her sic.
Eos if you would have to switch off clerics stance occationally microing her.
Eos if you or your healing mate struggles to heal sth. microing her.
and last but not least:
Seline to troll your interrupters in turn 2 microing her. "Are you mad why did you Interrupt. It was my turn now we will eat high voltage..." Do it only every third run or they will get used to it.
