Kafre is a target in the FATE "What a Boar" in Sylphlands, so I'm guessing there are more FATE Dailies at higher ranks.

There is a new daily fate for rank 3 amaal ja so it is pretty safe to assume there is one for the slyphs also.

Funny thing is I only killed it because it aggroed me.

I can confirm this is in fact for one of the Tier III Sylph dailies. I kill him whenever I see it's up just in case I get the boar daily the next day :)
