Missing Item from Binding Coil of Bahamut

Time: 5.01.2014 somewhere between 8 - 12 PM
Frequency: One time
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Mayweda

Monster name: Caduceus
Class/Level: White Mage 50 lvl
Party or solo: Party - Free Company - All in party
In-game time: no idea
Area and coordinates: Binding Coil of Bahamut
Steps:
1. After defeating Caduseus we waited for drop. One of the drop was Allagan Earings for healer.
2. All party passed on item and I clicked Need.
3. I waited and nothing happened. The other Item was given and my Item like disappeared.
4. I waited in zone of the area for long time but when I assumed its a bug I left it. Nobody get an item.

It is like the game ignored your need roll. Today I had a similar problem, reported here: rolled 34 on a need rool for Allagan Gloves of Healing, and a guy rolling 10 won them. Like I never rolled. For some reason it seems they don't want us to heal properly :p
