I'm not sue if this has been reported by anyone else, but while in dungeons, duties, and trials Defiance will randomly turn off during battle. It is not on my crossbar or hotkeyed, so I am sure there is no user error. This is a vital ability to leave on to hold hate, have more.health, and be healed better.
