We killed the last boss of CT, Tank head drops, everyone starts leaving, i'm trying to pass on the loot and then it gets auto placed in my inventory.
And now i'm locked out of loot for a week for crap i don't need.
Fix your game.

This happened to one of my FC members last week. :/
To counter this, at the start of the final boss I ask that everyone please remain in the zone until someone has lot or everyone has passed on the drop to prevent this from happening. Usually at least three of the eight people comply and don't rush out of the zone. :/ But I agree, this needs to be fixed.
Yea, i didn't even know this was an issue until it happened.
This is obviously a big issue.. I've heard it happening so much. One loot per week and you're forced to get crap you'll never need or probably ever truly want to use.. GG.
There's another r threat on this sub forums... you should post in her thread too, and THANKS for posting on official forums because people ranting about it outside these forums aren't getting it noted
(IF THEY EVEN READ IT... you almost never see a response, ever)
i filed an in-game bug report to, hopefully i'll have a response when i get home.
I read somewhere that they are aware of the problem and that they will fix it in 2.15

Yoshi was aware of this right away in prior to release of CT when in live letter he said "make sure you pass!"
I've never had this issue though, i know what i want to lot, if i dont see it, i pass immediately, even if its last item. So i dont see the issue honestly :/ just pass.
Some people are obviously not as quick as you are, and get the loot dropped to them even though they were clicking pass as fast as they were able. I am pretty fast at passing, so this hasn't happened to me, but out of courtesy I wait to leave CT until the item has dropped either to someone or to the ground. If more people were willing to show some common decency and wait 5 seconds before leaving the instance, this wouldn't be an issue at all.
This has never happened to me in CT, but it has in other instances, where people exit so quickly, the item gets dumped on me before I can quit the final cut scene and roll. In those cases, I just delete what I don't want and no harm. But with a gear lockout, yeah that's a problem. They need to have a roll timer that continues even for the very last person to leave.
