SE / STF not taking action against constantly reported bot-miners

Hello.
I am getting fed up constantly reporting the same bot-miners and nothing happening. This activity is certainly on the increase in Cerberus, yet any in-game reports or emails to customer service / the STF are ignored.
You state 'zero tolerance' against this type of behaviour, but this just is not true as you are not stopping this cheating.
I won't name and shame here, but if there is a community moderator who would like their details then I can pass these on.
...and I know you state that you can't comment on actions taken against specific players, but when I've reported someone on three occasions and still see them the next day teleporting, bot-mining, and appearing in impossible locations (in rock, underground etc.) then it is very clear that you are ignoring in game cheating reports and customer service emails. This is offensive to proper players. Just looking at their player search info tells you that they aren't even playing the game!
Any comments from SE?
